Frequently asked questions
How do I get access to the app?
Festival Radar Pro is provided to event teams through their organisation. If you are a coordinator setting up a new event, request a demo and we will get you onboarded. If you are field staff, your event coordinator will invite you and you will receive sign-in details. For invitation issues, email support@festivalradar.pro.
I can't sign in
Make sure you are using the email address and phone number registered for your event. If you still cannot sign in, ask your event coordinator to confirm your membership, or contact us and we will help restore access.
The app isn't sending or showing notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for Festival Radar Pro in your device settings, and that you have a working network connection. Please note that on iPhone and iPad, push notifications require iOS 16.4 or later with the app installed to the Home Screen. If notifications still do not arrive, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
Which devices and versions are supported?
Festival Radar Pro is available as a native app on the App Store (iOS and iPadOS) and Google Play (Android), and as an installable web app that runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser. On Apple devices we recommend the latest version of iOS or iPadOS for the best experience.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
We build alongside the people who use the product in real control rooms. Email support@festivalradar.pro with the details and, where possible, a screenshot. Your feedback directly shapes our roadmap.
How do I manage or delete my data?
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details, or email support@festivalradar.pro and we will assist you.
